CST/ TONIGHT TO 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...From midnight EST /11 PM CST/ tonight to 10 AM EST /9 AM
CST/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills of zero to 10 below zero are
expected into this evening, 15 to locally as much as 20 below zero
overnight into Wednesday morning.
