INDIANAPOLIS — Most central Indiana counties have issued either a Travel Watch or Advisory as of Monday morning as the first round of snow moves out of the area and we prepare for another round in the afternoon.
INDOT and other road crews are still making their rounds and trying to clear roads and dozens of schools have already issued two-hour delays because of the conditions.
