6 things to do in Indianapolis on President's Day 2019

INDIANAPOLIS — President's Day is Monday and some schools will be closed.

If you are looking for something to do, there are several events happening around Indianapolis.

Here are 6 events for kids to check out:

  • Conner Prairie will be offering free admission for people of all ages from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. You can view more information here.
  • Indiana State Museum will be offering free admission from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. for their President’s Day celebration. You can view more information here.
  • Indy Parks & Recreation is hosting a Creature Feature event at the Garfield Park Conservatory at 10 a.m. The event is for kids aged 3-11 and registration is required.
  • The Isray Family YMCA is hosting a School’s Out Cooking Program for kids aged 7-16 from 9 a.m.-4p.m. You can view more information and register here.
