INDIANAPOLIS — All in-person jury trials and naturalization ceremonies have been suspended until at least Jan. 25, 2021, at the U.S. Southern District of Indiana Court because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Other court proceedings will continue virtually or in-person as ordered in the case. The courthouse remains open with certain restrictions still in effect, like wearing face coverings and health screenings.
