2 men shot on Indy's near-north side

INDIANAPOLIS -- Two people were shot early Monday morning on Indianapolis' near-north side.

Around 1 a.m., police were called to reports of a person shot near the intersection of 32nd and Rader streets. 

Police found one person shot in the leg. He was taken to Eskenazi Health in serious condition.

When looking around the scene, police found another person nearby. 

Police believe the two men knew the shooter, and have a description of the vehicle they're looking for.

No further information is available. 

It was a violent weekend in Indianapolis. One Warren Central student was killed and two other were hurt in a shooting early Saturday morning. Another man was shot and killed early Sunday morning.
