LAWRENCE, Ind. -- A man was shot in the head during an attempted robbery Tuesday morning in Lawrence, Indiana.
The shooting happened around 4 a.m., in a mobile home community near the 8800 block of Pendleton Pike.
According to a spokesperson for the Lawrence Police Department, the victim was shot in a car when two men tried to rob him.
The victim was shot once in the head, but is expected to survive. He was alert when he went to the hospital.
Police say the two suspects drove away in a white sedan.
