INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was shot and killed Tuesday morning on Indianapolis' west side.
The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of Clifton Street and Congress Avenue. Neighbors heard shots and called 911.
When police arrived, they found 39-year-old Damon Young shot in the torso. Young was taken to Eskenazi Health in serious condition, where he died.
