INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was found shot and killed in a vehicle Thursday morning on Indianapolis' east side.

Police say Ezekier Breaziel, 39, of Indianapolis was found in a truck at the intersection of 19th Street and Colorado Avenue around 7:30 a.m. He was shot multiple times.

Police are investigating it as a homicide. Neighbors from the area say they've been concerned about an increase in drug activity and suspected prostitution.

"I'm concern about the neighborhood because I've lived here for 43 years and my biggest fear is finding someone dead in the woods back here," said Sharon Wheaton. "Sometimes we hear gunshots in the area."

Neighbors said they did not near shots fired Wednesday night so they aren't sure where the shooting happened.
