Police: 2 men steal 97 hats from Greenwood mall

GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Two men stole 97 hats from a hat store in the Greenwood Park Mall in March. 

Police say two men walked into the Lids store on March 31, 2017 around 6 p.m., and worked together to steal the hats. 

One of the men served as a lookout as the other stuffed the hats in a white trash bag. 

The hats were valued at $3,200. 

Police did not release a description for the two suspects, but did release a photo (seen above).
