That’s according to a new study by candystore.com, which analyzed 12 years of bulk candy sales data and surveyed more than 10,000 people.
Looking at the map of states’ favorite jelly bean flavors, grape is definitely one of the more “tame” flavors. Alaska’s favorite is cotton candy, Illinois’ is chocolate, and there are a handful of black licorice ones in the country.
Indiana’s second favorite flavor is black licorice, and its third favorite is watermelon.
