2 suspects sought after NE-side shooting

INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are searching for two people after a shooting early Monday morning on Indianapolis' northeast side.

The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m., on the 3100 block of Cherry Lake Road.

A man in his 30s was shot near a utility truck after some kind of disturbance. 

Police are looking for two suspects, but haven't released a description of them.

The victim was taken to Eskenazi Health in unknown condition.

Two other people were shot Monday morning in separate incidents, making for a violent start to the week.

One shooting happened on Indianapolis' northwest side, near the intersection of 38th Street and Lafayette Road.

The victim, who is in critical condition, drove himself to an apartment complex near 34th Street and Lincoln Road. There are no suspects in this shooting.

The latest shooting happened around 5 a.m., near the intersection of Primrose Avenue and 44th Street.
