Man passes out in Chuck E. Cheese with child, fights with police

COLUMBUS, Ind. -- One man was arrested at a Columbus Chuck E. Cheese Saturday after fighting with officers, police said. 

Officers with the Columbus Police Department were called to the Chuck E. Cheese at 1455 N. National Road on a report of an unresponsive man with an unsupervised child. 

According to the Columbus Police Department, they found Zacheriah Tillison, 33, passed out inside the restaurant.

The officers tried to administer Narcan to the man, but he became combative and tried to fight them. He was eventually taken into custody and faces the following preliminary charges: 

  • Resisting law enforcement
  • Public intoxication
  • Child neglect

One officer suffered a knee injury. They received medical treatment and was released. 

The 4-year-old girl who was with Tillison was released to her mother.
