INDIANAPOLIS -- A man's body was found in a car Thursday morning on Indianapolis' west side.
The body of Anthony Jones, 48, was found around 3:45 a.m., near the intersection of W. 18th Street and Medford Avenue.
The Marion County Coroner's office reports that Jones died from multiple gunshot wounds. His death is being investigated as a homicide.

This is the second shooting between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

Around 10:30 p.m., three people were shot, one fatally, on the city's north side. The other two victims were taken to Eskenazi Health in critical condition.
