INDIANAPOLIS — The body of a man was found Sunday afternoon on Interstate-65 near 30th Street.
An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer driving by noticed a possible body around 3:30 p.m. on Interstate-65 northbound near the 116-mile marker, IMPD Officer Aaron Hamer said.
Jason Lane, 36, of Indianapolis, was the victim identified by the Marion County Coroner's Office.
The cause of death is still under investigation.
