INDIANAPOLIS -- Somebody crashed into a vehicle and drove away Friday morning on Indy's west side, but left something very important behind -- their license plate.
The suspect was driving a gold Chevy Malibu. They pulled out of a parking lot and caused a crash, then left the scene, police say.
The Malibu's bumper and license plate fell off from the crash.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered a minor injury.
