INDIANAPOLIS — State police detectives are looking for a man who stole a license plate, tools, and other items from an Indiana Department of Transportation facility in Indianapolis.

On Oct. 16, a man climbed a fence at the facility, at 120 Shortridge Road, stole a blue license plate, number 60077 off an INDOT truck and put it on a white single-cab Ford pick up truck, Indiana State Police Sgt. John Perrine said in a press release.

The pick-up truck, seen in the photos below, had an emergency light mounted on the roof, Perrine said.
