Man arrested for allegedly shooting man to death after road rage incident in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — Police have arrested a man after he allegedly shot and killed another man Saturday evening on the northwest side of Indianapolis after a road rage incident.

The 33-year-old man, from Plainfield, allegedly shot and killed a man at an apartment complex after a road rage incident around 7:30 p.m. on Interstate-465 southbound near the 38th Street exit, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers said in a press release.

Police were called around 8 p.m. Saturday to the Lakeside Crossing at Eagle Creek on the report of a man who had been shot. The man later died.

The name of the victim has not been released.
