INDIANAPOLIS — A man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of a 1-year-old Indianapolis baby.
At about 6:45 p.m. Thursday, child abuse detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital on a report of a child with significant trauma.
The next day, 32-year-old Carl Hensley was arrested for his involvement in the child’s death. Hensley has been formally charged with murder, neglect of a dependent resulting in death and aggravated battery.
The child was identified as Bradley Dunaway.
Police believe the injuries occurred in the 7100 block of Kingswood Court.
