INDIANAPOLIS — A teen is in critical condition after a shooting Thursday evening on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called around 6:30 p.m. to the area near Edgemont Avenue and Rader Street, on the report of a person shot, IMPD Officer William Young said in an email.
When they arrived, they located a teen who appeared to be suffering from at least one gunshot wound, IMPD Maj. Harold Turner said. They were taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
Their identity or additional information on the incident have not been released.
