INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot and killed Friday morning on Indianapolis’ east side.
The shooting happened in the 1300 block of N. Kealing Avenue, shortly before noon.
A spokesperson with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the victim has been pronounced deceased.
The person has been identified as Santiago Prado, 24.
