INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating after a person was shot Saturday morning just blocks away from the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and emergency responders were called around 9:30 a.m. on the report of a person shot, IMPD said in a press release. When they arrived, they located a person who had been shot.
At this time, the identity or the condition of the victim have not been released.
