LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- A 56-year-old man was arrested last week after exposing himself at an apartment pool, police say.
Officers with the Lafayette Police Department received a call Friday afternoon from the Cambridge Estates apartment complex. The caller alleged a man picked up her 3-year-old daughter while the man's genitals were exposed at the pool.
Police found Brian Myers at his apartment in the complex. An investigation of his apartment found several pairs of shorts with holes in the crotch.
Myers was arrested on preliminary charges of battery, indecent exposure and public nudity. The 3-year-old girl was not hurt.
