INDIANAPOLIS — One person was critically injured in a shooting on the north side of Indianapolis, near 38th and Meridian Streets, on Friday night.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 3700 block of Salem Street on reports of a person shot just after 8:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot injury. The victim was reported to be in critical condition.
