INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are reminding you to lock your car doors and put anything valuable out of sight after a string of break-ins in the Farhill Downs neighborhood in Franklin Township.

Somebody damaged property and stole items from more than 10 cars and trucks in the area.

Nancy Erich said she lost some money and a GPS to the thief.

"They left the Bibles and we had a lot of gospel CDs," she said. "They never touched those. I don't know why."
