Tippecanoe County deputies looking for man who allegedly abducted woman after she had a flat tire

TIPPECANOE COUNTY — Authorities in Tippecanoe County are looking for a man who allegedly abducted a woman for several hours after she had a flat tire Saturday evening.

Tippecanoe County Sheriff deputies and several other law enforcement officers are looking for Paul Etter after he allegedly abducted a woman who had a flat tire on the east side of the county, according to a press release from the sheriff's office. Etter allegedly took her to another part of the county and held her against her will for several hours before letting her go.

After a lengthy search involving at least five law enforcement agencies Saturday night, authorities are still looking for Etter, according to the release. He is believed to have a handgun and is considered armed and dangerous.
