TULSA, Okla. — A woman was arrested in Tulsa after she allegedly was driving on her rims and had a margarita inside her cup holder.
The woman drove by a Tulsa Police Department officer who was on a traffic stop, according to a Facebook post from the department.
Police quickly "ended our original stop and stopped her," they said in the post.
