INDIANAPOLIS — At least two people were injured in a shooting Saturday evening on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and emergency personnel were called around 7:15 p.m. to the Marathon Gas Station near 38th Street and North High School Road on the report of a person shot, IMPD Officer Michael Hewitt said in an email. When they arrived, they did not find any victims, but learned at least two people were injured in an incident somewhere else.
Both victims are at area hospitals—one in critical condition and one in stable condition, Hewitt said.
Detectives are hoping to get surveillance video from the gas station soon.
At this time, police have not released any additional details surrounding the incident.
The names of the victims or any potential suspects have not been released.
