MUNCIE, Ind. -- A person is dead after being shot and killed early Sunday morning outside a Muncie gas station.
Emergency responders were called around 3:40 a.m. to the Marathon gas station near the intersection of East Main and South Hackley streets on the report of a person shot.
When they arrived, the person was found shot on the ground near the gas pumps. The person was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone with information is asked detectives at 765-747-4867.
