Drink local beers at annual microbrewers festival

INDIANAPOLIS -- You can support Indiana brewers later this month at the Indiana Microbrewers Festival in Indianapolis.

The 22nd annual festival is Saturday, July 29 from 3-7 p.m. Early bird admission gets you in at 2 p.m. It will be at Military Park at 601 W. New York Street.

At the festival, you can drink hundreds of 3-ounce beers from more than 100 local breweries and guests.

The event is also a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Indiana. $3 from every ticket will go to the charity. Last year, the charity received $13,000.

Early bird tickets are $60, while general admission tickets are $40. Designated driver tickets are $10 online.
