FISHERS, Ind. -- Two St. Elmo's-owned businesses will will be coming to Fishers.

The City of Fishers announced two of the new restaurants coming to its new food district, known as "The Yard."

They are Burger Study, an upscale burger restaurant, and 1933 Lounge. Both are owned by St. Elmo, scheduled to open in July 2019.

"The concept of Burger Study -- it's a nod to an Ivy League school environment," said Craig Huse, the co-owner of St. Elmo and 1933 Lounge.

Both restaurants already have existing locations in downtown Indianapolis.

The development will be right next to the IKEA near 116th Street and I-69. Ground will break in the first half of 2018.

Check out the post below for more information on the new restaurants coming to Fishers:

The development will come with an investment of $40 million, planned for the southeast corner of 116th Street and IKEA Way.

In 2016, Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness said one of the things he hears most from residents is the desire for more local food and entertainment.
