INDIANAPOLIS — Former Indianapolis City-County Councilor, Jeff Miller, looks to be free and clear now after he appeared to violate his probation last year.
Last year, Miller was charged with child molesting, but pleaded guilty to battery on a person less than 14-years-old.
He received nearly four years of probation, however he was accused of violating that probation when he attended a Halloween event in Fountain Square just two months later.
The probation hearing was set for this week, but the Hamilton County prosecutor dismissed the violation.
The prosecutor's office has yet to answer why the probation violation was dismissed.
