CARMEL — The Shops at Carmel City Center will hold a holiday shopping preview event Nov. 7 for visitors to shop at locally owned businesses.
The event is scheduled from 1-5 p.m. People will be able to enjoy complimentary wine and peppermint white Russians at Addendum, Endeavor Boutique, Lantz Collective, Lily & Sparrow Boutique, and Uplift Intimate Apparel, according to a press release from Carmel City Center.
