FISHERS, Ind. -- If you have children who are trick-or-treating age, there's no better place to be in Indiana than Fishers.
The Indianapolis suburb was recently named the No. 1 town to trick-or-treat in, by 247WallSt.com.
Two main factors went into the No. 1 ranking: Fishers' population under age 15 and the average temperature on Halloween night.
More than 1-in-4 Fishers residents are younger than 15, making it a kid-friendly town. The average temperature is 51 degrees, giving families a mild night to walk around with the children.
As 247WallSt.com also notes, there are 20 haunted houses near Fishers.
