Noblesville West Middle School shooting suspect expected to admit guilt

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- The juvenile suspect in the Noblesville West Middle School shooting will soon admit guilt in the incident, his lawyer said. 

Chris Eskew, the lawyer for the 13-year-old suspect, said the suspect will admit his guilt at the next juvenile delinquency hearing in November. 

The admission of guilt is not the same as a guilty plea, Eskew said. 

The suspect -- who RTV6 is not naming because he is being charged as a juvenile -- is accused of opening fire in a classroom at Noblesville West Middle School in May, striking teacher Jason Seaman and classmate Ella Whistler multiple times.
