Workshop teaches self-defense skills in case of home invasion

HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – Members of the Indiana Sheriff’s Association are teaching families how to protect themselves in the case of a home invasion.  

A workshop will be offered October 26 at 6 p.m. at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Complex.  

Attendees of the workshop will learn skills to keep them safe by Dr. Jeff Cantor, who has three decades of experience with training the military, special forces, SWAT, federal agents, and civilians.
 
The program will teach workshop attendees survival tactics, how to stage or not to stage firearms, and advice on using weapons inside of your home, among many other topics.
