The Kokomo Police Department posted on Facebook that the girl had been found. She was found with her mother, Sherica Wizzard, in Indianapolis.
Capt. Tonda Cockrell with the Kokomo Police Department said Monday night a father told officers his 8-year-old daughter had been taken from an IHOP restaurant at 50 West 300 South by her biological mother, 29-year-old.
The child’s father has full custody of Williams and had recently allowed Wizzard to spend time with her daughter.
