HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. -- One person was killed in a crash Sunday night in Howard County, Indiana.
The crash happened at about 10 p.m., in the 5800 block of State Road 26.
Investigators believe a 2000 silver GMC Yukon Denali, driven by 27-year-old Adam Betzner of Kokomo, was traveling west on State Road 26. The Yukon crossed the center line and traveled into the eastbound lane, colliding with a 2017 Freightliner tractor trailer.
Betzner was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi was unhurt.
A witness said he observed the Yukon cross the center line and into the path of the semi.
