UPDATE: Police say Phelps has been located.
INDIANAPOLIS — Police in Indianapolis are looking for a missing 41-year-old man last seen Monday.
Eugene Phelps is described as being a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blonde hair, and blue eyes, according to a press release from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Phelps has not been seen or heard from since he left his house Monday and may need medical assistance, according to the release.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call IMPD's Missing Person Unit at 317-327-6160 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-TIPS (8477).
