INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Breann Leath was escorted to Crown Hill Cemetery Friday after she was shot and killed in the line of duty.

Leath was shot and killed during a domestic disturbance call Thursday afternoon the east side of Indianapolis.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be difficult for Leath's friends, family, IMPD, and the community to come together to remember her for funeral services.
