INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was struck and killed on Indianapolis' east side Monday morning.
Police say a male pedestrian was running across Washington Street at Lasalle Street and was struck by an eastbound car.
The man was taken to Eskenazi Health where he died.
No charges will be filed, police at the scene said.
The victim has not been identified.
