INDIANAPOLIS -- A dump truck crashed into an electronic sign Friday morning, bringing traffic to a halt on Indianapolis' east side.
Around 4:30 a.m., a dump truck was traveling west on I-70 between Emerson and Keystone avenues. The bed of the truck raised up and hit the INDOT sign, bringing part of it down.
The westbound lanes were closed until about 11 a.m.
