Indianapolis food bank prepares to send food to Florida after Hurricane Michael

INDIANAPOLIS – As people in Florida begin to assess the damage left behind by Hurricane Michael, Midwest Food Bank is preparing to deliver family food boxes when requested.

Once requested by The Salvation Army, four semi-trucks will deliver enough food to feed a family of four for at least four days to Florida.

Midwest Food Bank estimates that up to 25 semi-truck loads of food will be delivered to Florida.
