INDIANAPOLIS — Detectives are investigating after a man was found lying down next to a running vehicle.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded around 7:30 a.m. to check the welfare of a man lying next to a running vehicle.
When officers arrived, they found the man suffering from apparent trauma. The man died at the scene.
At this time, police have not released the names of any suspects or the victims.
