911 service in Ind. counties restored after outage

INDIANAPOLIS -- The 911 lines in multiple Indiana counties were down Friday morning, but service has been restored. 

There were outages in Madison, Shelby, Hancock and Randolph counties, but the service has been restored.

The outages were caused by a bad switch at the regional AT&T center in Kokomo, Indiana.
