MUNCIE, Ind. -- A man was arrested after allegedly fighting with his girlfriend over her preference for waffles over pancakes.
Breion Donte Thomas, 24, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of strangulation, interference with the reporting of a crime, battery resulting in injury and criminal confinement.
The woman said Thomas made her pancakes for breakfast and when she said she wanted waffles instead, he became angry.
Thomas allegedly shoved the woman several times, punched her in the back of the head, threw her onto a bed and held her down.
He also allegedly threw eggs and pancakes in the woman's face.
