MUNCIE, Ind. -- An inmate in the Delaware County Jail died this week following a suicide attempt, coroner Scott Hahn said.
Jennifer Fowler, 51, died after she tried to hang herself with an article of clothing, Hahn said.
Fowler was being held on a violation of probation charge.
She was booked April 6, according to an online database.
Fowler is the second person to die in the Delaware County Jail in the last month. An unnamed inmate was found dead on March 22.
