HENRY COUNTY — A 19-year-old man was killed and four others were injured in a rollover crash early Sunday morning in Henry County.
Henry County Sheriff's Office deputies and emergency personnel were called to the scene around 2 a.m. near East Brown Road and North County Road 500 East, northeast of New Castle, Indiana State Police Sgt. John Bowling said in a press release. When they arrived, they found a Chevrolet Tahoe off the left side of Brown Road.
Kodie Skelton, 19, of New Castle, a back seat passenger, was killed in the crash, Bowling said.
Four other people, all in their teens, were injured and taken to local hospitals, Bowling said. Their conditions are unknown.
Investigators do not believe everyone in the car was wearing a seat belt, Bowling said.
The crash remains under investigation.
