INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was arrested early Thursday morning after leading police on a chase that spanned about 15 miles.
Police say the driver of a Buick Century didn't pull over for a traffic stop on the 3400 block of Winthrop Avenue. He was chased to the west side, near the intersection of Rockville Road and Eleanor Street.

The suspect crashed the car, then bailed and ran from police.
He was caught by a police K-9 shortly after.
The suspect, who has not been identified by police, was taken to a hospital with dog bite injuries in good condition.
Alcohol was found in the car, but is not believed to be involved in the chase.
Police say the vehicle was not stolen.
