RENSSELAER — One person was injured in a plane crash Wednesday morning in Northwest Indiana.
According to information from the Jasper County Airport, emergency crews responded after a small plane crashed around 7 a.m. Wednesday behind a Dollar General store in Rensselaer.
One person on board the plane was transported to the hospital in unknown condition
The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation field office were contacted to investigate the crash
