INDIANAPOLIS -- Excise officers with the Indiana State Police arrested two men on preliminary charges of illegally selling alcohol at their house.
Sunday afternoon, police searched a house in the 3100 block of N. Tacoma Avenue. Police found 805 cans of beer and 418 bottles of liquor.
They also seized three handguns, one shotgun, an undisclosed amount of marijuana and nearly $5,000 in cash.
Mossy Ivy, 75, and Dwayne Ivy, 37, were arrested the following charges:
- maintaining a common nuisance
- unauthorized sales of alcoholic beverages
- sale of untaxed alcoholic beverages
Criminal charges are expected to be filed against the two men.
